Check version of Virus Protection Software and update if not current.

Check Security software, see that it is enabled and with current settings.
Verify machine can't save to C, should be a. (except a few CD-ROM Database machines).

Printing
Test PC printing to the Copy Center printer.
Cleanup
Clear the screen. Remove unnecessary icons and line up the icons that
should be there.
Run SCANDISK and DEFRAG.
Check all applications that we repaired.
Reboot, see that machine comes up in the proper Novell environment (Not
LTD).
Double check no CD-ROMS or diskettes left in machine.
Notify involved parties.
