Mission Statement:

Our mission is to assist and guide our students in their pursuit of an Arts & Sciences Degree.

We are here to collaborate with the diverse community of students in a dynamic learning environment, developing tools and strategies to navigate their academic careers with confidence and efficiency, while also providing them with a way to translate those skills into lifelong practices.

Advisement Hours for the A&S Advisement Center (251 Ortega):   Advisement Appointment Form
     Advisement by Appointment, 8:00-4:00 MWR
     Extended Hours, 8:00-6:00 Tuesday
     Advisement by Walk-In, 8:00-3:00 Friday

We have new times for the group sessions for transferring into the college and graduation planning just for the intercession.

They are now on May 20th through June 6th. The graduation planning session is at 10:00 am.

The transfer session is at 2:00 pm. They are both in our conference room. The only exceptions are on June 4th and 5th. On the 4th we'll only have the morning session, and on the 5th we'll only have the afternoon session.


These time are subject to change due to New Student Orientations, professional development, staff meetings, etc. Please contact our office at 277-4621 to confirm availability of the above hours.

 The Electronic Advisor

In The Electronic Advisor, we show you that many of your advisement questions can be answered online and we actually answer those advisement questions for you. We are starting with math advisement.
