BA/MD Program

Combined BA/MD Degree Program

The Combined BA/MD Degree Program is a partnership between the School of Medicine and the College of Arts and Sciences, offering New Mexico students the opportunity to complete their Bachelor of Arts and Medical Degrees in an eight-year timeframe.

The BA/MD Program offers an innovative undergraduate curriculum, comprehensive support services and specialized academic advising, as well as scholarship and financial packages to help meet basic undergraduate educational costs.

Students selected for the program will have a seat reserved at the UNM School of Medicine, contingent on their successful completion of the BA/MD undergraduate degree and program requirements.
