you have installed the software, you should print a copy of one of these forms,
fill it out, and take it with you when you meet with your Arts & Sciences
Advisor. You should also take with you an up-to-date copy of your unofficial transcript.
You can obtain a copy of your unofficial transcript at the Records office on the
second floor of the Student Services Center (Mesa Vista Hall). |
