Enraf-Nonius
Single Crystal CAD4 Diffractometer with Mo or Cu X-ray tube.
Capabilities Diffractometer can
be used to define molecular and crystal structures of compounds
as well as to search for polymorph modifications of crystalline
materials. It requires small single crystal sample (approximate
dimensions 0.1 x 0.1 x 0.1 mm, or less).
