EXPO 2008 competition guidelines

POSTER COMPETITION: Anyone can enter! It must depict the theme “What part of this world don’t you understand?” Maximum size: 24” x 30”, to be submitted by 10 a.m., Saturday, March 1 (3 rd floor hallway). If you are a student, your name, as well as the name of the class teacher, school, e-mail and tel. no. of the teacher must be affixed to the back of the poster. All media and languages are accepted. The posters will be judged on-site. First and second place will receive prizes, as well as popular vote.

CHALK ART COMPETITION: (weather permitting) At 11 a.m., we will begin the Chalk art competition, just southeast of the duck pond. This can be done individually or as a group. Each participant/participating group will receive different colors of sidewalk chalk, and will be given 20 minutes to create a picture/graphic depicting the theme “What part of this world don’t you understand?” The winner/winning group will receive a prize.
