Use this quick-link to download and save the NEW Course Proposal form, or the NEW Senior Teaching Application.
Even the NEW Seminar Book Order Request has a quick-link for your convenience! Be sure to save this MS Word-fillable document directly to your documents folder as soon as it opens. "Save As" under your last name (first name optional, as well), and two or three distinguishing words from your seminar title. Example: SmithJ_LegacyTazmanianCulture.doc.
The check-boxes on the form are not as "smart" as one would like. If you change your mind from "Required" to "Optional" or Desk Copy "Yes" to "No", be sure to de-select (re-click) your original choice.
Once the form is complete and all the ISBN's are correct, attach the form to an e-mail to Jenny at jenmason@unm.edu.
NOTE: Hand-writable forms are still available in the office (for those with stellar penmanship).
