PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
A
knowledge and use of anger management skills is useful for individuals
in the workplace as they respond to a variety of stressful situations.
Managing anger can assist us in avoiding non-productive thoughts, help
in reducing the intensity of conflicts, and give us an understanding of
anger as a normal emotion with the potential for both positive and negative
outcomes.

Upon completion
of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Define the
components of Anger Management
- Describe
and define anger as a complex emotion
- Determine
where anger is a problem and anger management skills are needed
- Use skills
to change anger provoking thoughts
- Apply the
anger management techniques to at least one case study
