PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Your success in relationships, both on and off the job, may depend on how well you handle conflict. Explore the dynamics of conflict, identify conflict styles, and develop communication strategies to strengthen negotiations.

PROGRAM LENGTH

2-Part Class - 2.5 Hours per Session

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the 5 approaches to conflict management
  • Learn how to communicate to effectively reduce or resolve conflict
  • List 4 strategies to facilitate conflict resolution
  • Identify elements of constructive feedback

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Any person who would like to manage conflict productively
