Becoming an Exhibitor at STAIF-2008
Large enough to make a positive impact on your organization's bottom line or public presence, yet focused enough in its membership that every visitor to your booth has a vested interest in the field, STAIF is an excellent value for your exhibitor dollar.

Exhibitor Menu
 Hotel and Exhibit Area
STAIF-2008 will be held February 10-14, 2008 at the Hotel Albuquerque in Albuquerque, New Mexico's vibrant Old Town museum district. This landmark hotel features plenty of the latest amenities.
Shown at right is the hotel's Old New Mexico-themed lobby.
This year STAIF offers a choice of two different types of exhibit spaces. The photo below shows a view of the horseshoe-shaped outer exhibit area. This spacious area wraps around the conference meeting rooms and ballrooms. Attendees must walk through this exhibit area each time they travel to technical meetings, plenaries, the banquet, and other events, ensuring a significant amount of foot traffic. In addition, a coffee break station is located in the middle of the space, attracting hundreds of attendees to the exhibits in-between sessions. 24-hour security personnel are provided to guard the exhibits.
New for 2008, is the addition of second exhibit area in one of the hotel's main ballrooms, Alvarado E (See map). Though 24-hour security personnel are also provided for exhibits in Ballroom E, these spaces have the advantage of being in a locked room during the overnight hours. Ballroom E spaces are slightly higher in cost in order to compensate for the added expense STAIF will incur in 2008 due to the displacement of technical sessions that were previously held in the Ballroom and need to be moved to other locations. As the Exhibitors Map shows, a second coffee break station will be located within the Ballroom.

Exhibit Packages
All spaces, both in the ballroom and in the outer exhibit hall, are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Ballroom Exhibit Space
- 8' x 10' single exhibit booth space (can be reserved in multiples to create larger booths).
- 8' high backwall drape and 3' high sidewall drape (other arrangements can be made).
- Featured listing for your organization on this website, including a photo and link to your website.
- Listing in the STAIF-2008 Final Program, distributed to every attendee.
- Ballroom is locked at night and separate 24-hour security in this exhibit area is provided from set-up to break-down.
- $1500/early reservation through Oct. 26, 2007- $1700/late reservation after Oct. 26, 2007.
- Booths E9 and E10 must be reserved together as a double-space, and booths E11-E14 must be reserved as either two doubles, or one 4-booth space.
Outer Exhibit Hall Space
- 8' x 10' single exhibit booth (can be reserved in multiples to create larger booths).
- 8' high backwall drape and 3' high sidewall drape (other arrangements can be made).
- Featured listing for your organization on this website, including a photo and link to your website.
- Listing in the STAIF-2008 Final Program, distributed to every attendee.

Ready to Become an Exhibitor at STAIF?
 Download and fax our Exhibitor's Commitment Form (PDF document) to apply. Booths may be reserved by submitting complete payment via credit card, check, or purchase order. If you know it will take your organization time to complete the purchase order process, a purchase order number on your Commitment Form will be sufficient to reserve your booth.
Please note: Though we make every effort to update the map above with the most current listing of booths already reserved, there is a chance the booth you request will not be available. In the event that your first choice has already been reserved by another organization, we will contact you to discuss alternative booth availability.
