Jack Parker's research interests are in heat removal by nucleate pool boiling in dielectric liquids. One potential application for this reasearch lies with enhanced cooling of high-powered electronics, such as super computers. Before coming to the University of New Mexico to pursue his Ph.D., he earned an M.S. in Health Physics from Colorado State University in 1996, and an M.S. in Physics from the University of Tennessee in 1993.
