Registration Form STAIF 2008

STAIF's organizers work diligently to keep registration fees to a reasonable cost, providing one of the best values among annual meetings in the field.

We offer Full, One Day, and Student* registrations, with special rates for early registration. Covered within the full and student registration fees are a copy of the annual book of proceedings on CD, final program book, abstract book, admission to all technical sessions, plenaries, exhibits, and coffee breaks, plus one ticket to the annual awards banquet. One-Day Registrations receive all of the above benefits with the exception of a banquet ticket, which must be purchased separately.

At least one author of a paper published in the proceedings must be a registered attendee at STAIF-2008. This need not be the lead author, but the author who will present must be registered.

*To qualify for student status, the attendee must be a full-time student at an accredited university or college and provide a copy of their Spring 2008 class schedule.

Hotel

Hotel AlbuquerqueSTAIF's venue for 2007 was the landmark Hotel Albuquerque, located steps from Albuquerque's historic Old Town district. When not attending the conference, STAIF attendees found plenty of alternate activities, including several science-oriented museums, among them The National Atomic Museum, plus art galleries, restaurants, and shops.

STAIF's 2008 block of hotel rooms is still being arranged. Please check back with us later this summer for an update on hotel rooms for next year's meeting. We recommend that you reserve your hotel room as soon as possible following registration. While the hotel we choose normally sets aside a block of rooms with special government rate pricing for conference attendees, those rooms are limited in number.
