SERVICE SUMMARY: Provides for on-going support and assistance to caregivers, development of educational/information programs, establishment of training guidelines for care givers, increase public awareness of Alzheimer's disease and the magnitude of its effect on our society. Also works to expand access to services, information and optimal techniques for care and support for individuals and their families.
