SERVICE SUMMARY: Services frail elderly adults and adults with physical or developmental disabilities in a congregate setting. Services: instruction in daily living skills, arts and crafts, gentle exercises, daily hot lunches and snacks, reality orientation recreational, occupational, cultural and other education activities. Transportation to the program in the Southwest part of the city only. Health/Medical services provided by an RN. SITE SUMMARY: Volunteers are used |
