Rules and Regulations for Use of Lawrence Ranch Facilities

•   The University does not provide linens, cooking ware, and dishes in the cabins.

•   Dogs are not allowed outside the cabins except on a leash. No more than two dogs are allowed. Dogs are not to be left unattended in cabins.

•   Outside cooking is allowed only at charcoals grills provided. NO OPEN FIRES. Smoking and outside cooking may be restricted during periods of extreme fire danger.

•  During inclement weather, vehicle chains are required.

•  Firearms are NOT ALLOWED.

•  It is the guest's responsibility to pay for all lost or damaged furnishings.

•  The University is not responsible for items left in the cabins at check-out time.

•  The Lawrence Memorial, grave, ranch buildings, and all related facilities must not be marred, altered, or defaced in any way.

•  Under no circumstances may furniture be removed from cabins for outdoor use.

•  Trees and shrubbery are not to be defaced, cut, or dug.

•  Campers, trailers, and tents are not permitted.

•  Loud parties or loud playing of radios or televisions is not permitted.

•  The maintenance area is off limits to unauthorized personnel.

•  Before check-out, as a condition of use, cabins are to be cleaned and locked; keys are to be turned in to the Ranch Manager. DO NOT TURN OFF HEAT.
