This division provides engineering services campus wide. Professional consultation is provided on a variety of projects being planned by The Facility Planning Department, Academic Departments, as well as within The Physical Plant Department. Utilities, Maintenance & Planning, and Remodel Sections all utilize this division for engineering input. Recommissioning efforts of old buildings for energy savings, are planned and executed by this division. Among the recent utility projects are electrical upgrades and water transmission upgrades.

This division also provides construction management services on new campus construction. This team manages and administers the construction and delivery of new university facilities and modifications to existing facilities. On site coordination, quality control, and all aspects of construction management fall within the scope of their work. The construction management team continuously monitors the progress of projects, documents any problems, and facilitates communication and problem resolution between all involved parties.
