Signature Authority

Deans, Directors and Department heads have signature authority for approval of monthly PCard reconciliations as well as Modifications to Cardholder Information. This signature authority can be delegated to another person within the Cardholder's department with the use of one of the following forms. Please note, the person with signature authority may not be of the same or lower grade than the Cardholder. A separate form is required for each cardholder, and the cardholder's name must be entered on the form.

Main Campus Signature Authority Delegation Form - to be used for main campus and all branch campuses.

HSC Signature Authority Delegation Form - to be used for the Health Sciences Center.
