Driving While Impaired

The Driving While Impaired (DWI) Report is an in-depth review of statistics concerning the offense of driving while impaired in New Mexico. Information is drawn from a variety of databases such as the crash and DWI citation files. DGR has been producing this report for the New Mexico Traffic Safety Bureau (TSB) since 1982.

The 1995 - 2005 reports are currently available in PDF format. Please contact the NM Traffic Safety Bureau if you would like a printed copy. Also, please see the annual reports for another source of published information concerning alcohol-involved crashes.
