Welcome to the University of New Mexico Karate Club website. UNMKC is part of a 40-year tradition of karate at the university which promotes the principles of knowledge, respect, confidence, and self-reliance through martial arts. We focus on Koryu-ryu karate, and do some Shotokan as well. If you are interested in karate or martial arts, send us an e-mail or come join us!

The UNM Karate Club meets on Mondays and Wednesdays. Please email UNMKarateclub@yahoo for more information if you wish to join us. On Fridays, we go to another dojo in town to spar with our friends from other schools. (Check them out in the links to the left!)
