Michael is the Vice President of Growth and Strategy for Optum New Mexico. He believes strongly in community involvement and participates on numerous local boards including those for the New Mexico Philharmonic, Solare Collegiate Charter School, and Albuquerque Healthcare for the Homeless.

Michael received his Bachelor’s degree from the Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism at the University of Southern California and his Master of Health Administration from the University of New Mexico.
