Neely appointed director of Zimmerman Library
Teresa Neely is the new director of Zimmerman Library. She comes to New Mexico from the University of Maryland, where she was head of reference at the Albin O. Kuhn Library and Gallery.
Neely’s research and scholarly interests include diversity, information literacy, instruction, staff training and development, reference services and management issues. She holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from South Carolina State College and received her M.L.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the School of Information Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh.

Forbes named architecture program director
Geraldine Forbes, AIA, principal in charge of design at Jubany Architecture, Los Angeles, and professor of architecture at Woodbury University, Burbank, has been named director of the architecture program at the School of Architecture and Planning, effective Aug. 1.
Forbes brings ten years of experience in academic administration, both from Woodbury and the University of Colorado. Co-founder of Jubany Architecture in 1987, Forbes is principal at a 30-person firm specializing in civic architecture.
