Event to help
staff with admission, advisement
Staff interested
in boosting job skills or earning credit toward a degree will
be assisted at the UNM Staff as Students event May 20 from noon
to 1:30 p.m. in the Hokona Ballroom/Theatre.
Quick,
easy undergraduate and non-degree admission, academic advisement,
on-site registration, and more will be available.
Employee
and Organizational Development and representatives from Continuing
Education and Anderson Schools will be on hand to discuss professional
development opportunities.
Employee Fitness
Day activities May 15
National
Employee Health and Fitness Day is Wednesday, May 15. Several
activities are planned near Johnson Center from 11:30 a.m. -
1:30 p.m.
The group
Heart and Sole will be doing gait analysis, UNM's Alpha-Omega
will offer chair massages and the Exercise Physiology Lab will
offer body composition and blood pressure measures. EHPP will
have giveaways and a drawing. A fitness walk will take place
from 12:10 - 12:50 p.m., Johnson Center (west side) 277-5715.
