| Native
American and Hispanic teens from New Mexico and Arizona
are at UNM attending a four-week residential National Transportation
Institute -- one of 41 nationally funded by the Federal
Highway Administration Department. Above: Tom Carner, far

The project director is Ursula Bowie, a native of San Juan
