UNM Introduces High School Seniors to Campus Life Sept. 23

The University of New Mexico will host more than 1,000 prospective students along with their families during “Senior Day,” designed to introduce high school seniors to campus life, Saturday, Sept. 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Tours of campus and the residence halls will be provided along with information about admission, financial aid, scholarships, academic programs and student activities.

Reservations are due by Friday, Sept. 15. Call 505-277-2260 or 1-800-CALL UNM (225-5866), ext. 3.

Senior Day registration begins at 10 a.m. at the UNM Center for the Arts, East Plaza. Lunch will be served at the SUB at 12:30 p.m. Discounted football tickets for the UNM Lobos vs. UTEP Miners game will be available to students and families. The game begins at 3 p.m. in University Stadium.

Sponsored by the UNM Division of Student Affairs/Admissions & Recruitment Services, Senior Day serves as UNM's major fall visitation day for high school seniors.
