Albuquerque Tricentennial Matanza: Honoring New Mexico author and UNM Professor Emeritus Rudolfo Anaya, this event will feature a traditional matanza menu, music and dancing, special guest tributes and a raffle at the New Mexico Wine Festival Grounds. Proceeds benefit the newly created Rudolfo Anaya Scholarship / Fellowship Fund.
