Regents' Audit Committee to Meet January 9

The Audit Committee of the UNM Board of Regents will meet for its quarterly meeting on Monday, January 9, 2006, at 11 a.m. in Room 100 of Scholes Hall on the UNM main campus.

In addition to the three Regents who are members of this Committee, other Regents may attend this meeting in a non-voting capacity.

The action item on the agenda is the Meeting Summary from October 10, 2005. The information item is the Status of Audit Recommendations as of January 4, 2006.

The committee will meet in executive session to discuss Approval of Final Audit Reports; Schedule of Audits in Progress; and Director of Internal Audit Status Report.

Copies of the agenda will be available for public review in University Communication and Marketing (Cornell Parking Structure) no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting.
