The University of New Mexico Board of Regents will hold a special meeting in part in executive session on Thursday, January 19, 2006, at 9 a.m. in Scholes Hall Room 100 to discuss limited personnel matters, pursuant to section 10-15-1.H (2) NMSA.

In addition to the Adoption of the Agenda, there will be a vote to Close the Meeting, followed by an Executive Session to discuss limited personnel matters pursuant to Section 10-15-1 H(2), NMSA. There will be a Vote to Re-Open the Meeting, followed by Consideration of, and action on, matters discussed in Executive Session.

Copies of the agenda for such special meeting as limited by Section 10-15-1H(2), NMSA and Section 7 of Regent Policy 1.3 -- will be available in University Communication and Marketing (Welcome Center in the Cornell Parking Structure) at least 24 hours prior to the special meeting.
