The Board of Regents of the University of New Mexico will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, January 25, 2006, at 1 p.m. in rm. 230, the Roberts Room of Scholes Hall on the UNM main campus.

Following Adoption of the Agenda, there will be Consideration of, and action on, proposed contractual agreement with President Louis E. Caldera.

Copies of the agenda are available in University Communication and Marketing (Welcome Center in Cornell Parking Structure) at least 24 hours prior to the special meeting. The agenda can also be found at'Agendas.htm .
