UNM Adavncement VP Announces Resignation

University of New Mexico Vice President for Institutional Advancement Mike Carroll has announced his resignation. Carroll has accepted the position of Vice President for Advancement at the University of Cincinnati where he will also serve as president of the foundation. His resignation is effective July 31, 2006.

Upon accepting the resignation, acting UNM President Harris said, “"Mike Carroll has done a good job of improving the fund-raising infrastructure of UNM.  We wish him every success with his new endeavors.” Harris will be naming an interim vice president in the near future.

Carroll joined UNM in November 2004.
