UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO BOARD OF REGENTS
NOTICE & AGENDA

REGENTS ADVISORY SEARCH COMMITTEE
PRESIDENTIAL SEARCH

Wednesday, December 6, 2006, 9:00 a.m., Student Union Building Santa Ana Room

The Regents Presidential Search Advisory Committee will meet on Wednesday, December 6, 2006 at 9:00 a.m., in the Santa Ana of the Student Union Building on UNM's main campus.

In addition to the three Regents who are members of this Committee, other Regents may attend this meeting in a non-voting capacity.

The agenda of the meeting is as follows:

  1. Adoption of the agenda and establishment of a quorum.

  2. Executive Session

    1. Vote to close the meeting, to discuss limited personnel matters pursuant to Section 10-15-1.H(2), NMSA, 1978

    2. Vote to re-open the meeting

  3. Certification that only those matters described in Agenda Item 2, were discussed in Executive Session. Consideration of, and action on, the specific limited personnel matters discussed in Executive Session, if necessary.

  4. Adjournment

Copies of the agenda will be available in the University Communication and Marketing Department 24 hours prior to the meeting.
