Notice of The University of New Mexico Labor Management Relations Board Meeting Public Hearing

Agenda items to be discussed are as follows:
Pursuant to Sections 8(A) and 9(G) of the University of New Mexico Labor Management Relations Resolution, the University of New Mexico Labor Management Relations Board proposes to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to accomplish and perform its functions and duties as established in the Labor Management Relations Resolution, including the establishment of procedures for the designation of appropriate bargaining units, the selection, certification and decertification of exclusive representatives, and the filing, hearing, and determination of complaints of prohibited practices and will, at the time and place described above, conduct a public hearing on the proposed action. Interested persons may present their views by submitting written comments, by October 27, 2006, or in person at the public hearing. Interested persons who are subscribers to the List Serve previously established for that purpose may submit written comments electronically. Interested persons who are not subscribers to the List Serve may submit written comments by mailing them to:
