CorporateTime update available

On Monday, July 15, an upgrade version (6.01) of CorporateTime will be available for Windows computers at UNM.

Upgrade version 5.2.2 for the Macintosh is already available. UNM Computer Information and Resource Technology will use the upgrade for Employee and Organizational Development (EOD) classes in CorporateTime starting in August.

Rosemary Barrett of CIRT says a few changes that will make time management easier than ever before are:

- Updated appearance with new toolbar and menu groups.
- Preferences have been centralized to one dialog box. Users can customize their own color schemes.
- The new meeting dialog box has been changed to have more options available in one dialog box.

"The biggest improvement has been to CT’s appearance, it has a new look and the dialog boxes are much easier to use," Barrett said.

The CorporateTime Web application has also been updated, so CIRT will add a CT class that will cover the Web interface only.

More information and download instructions are available at CIRT’s CorporateTime Web site (www.unm.edu/cirt/ct).
