UNM Regents Schedule Special Meeting

The Board of Regents of the University of New Mexico will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, May 2, 2007, at 8:30 a.m. in room 101 of Scholes Hall on the UNM main campus.

The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:

  1. Adoption of agenda and establishment of quorum.
  2. Vote to close the meeting, pursuant to the exclusion for limited personnel matters contained in section 10-15-1 H(2), NMSA 1978.
  3. Vote to reopen the meeting.
  4. Certification that only those matters described in item 2 above were discussed in executive session and, if necessary, notification of actions, if any, taken in executive session.
  5. Adjournment.

Copies of the agenda will be available at University Communication and Marketing ( Welcome Center in the Cornell Parking Structure) at least 24 hours before the meeting. Agendas can also be found at http://www.unm.edu/news/Regents’Agendas.htm.
