UNM Regents Schedule Retreat August 13

The Board of Regents of the University of New Mexico will hold a special meeting in the form of a retreat with the President of the University on Monday, August 13, 2007, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Bear A room, Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort, 1300 Tuyana Trail, Santa Ana Pueblo, New Mexico.

Agenda of the Special Meeting

I. Adoption of the Agenda and Establishment of a Quorum

II. Welcome and introductions

III. Vote to Close the Meeting, pursuant to the exclusion for l imited personnel matters contained in Section 10-15-1.H (2) NMSA (1978), to discuss the matters described in Agenda Items III, IV, V and VI.

IV. Vote to Open the Meeting (3 p.m.)

V. Review of accomplishments and outline of next steps

VI. Adjourn
