NOTICE & AGENDA

Special Meeting of the UNM Board of Regents

Wednesday, January 31, 2007 6:30 p.m.

Albuquerque Hilton Hotel, Isleta Board Room

The University of New Mexico Board of Regents will hold a Special Dinner Meeting on Wednesday, January 31, 2007, at 6:30 p.m. in the Ranchers Club of the Albuquerque Hilton Hotel, which is located on University and Menaul Boulevards, Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The agenda of the meeting is as follows:

  1. Adoption of the agenda and establishment of a quorum.
  2. Executive Session
    1. Vote to close the meeting, to discuss limited personnel matters pursuant to Section 10-15-1.H(2), NMSA, 1978, relating to candidate for the position of University President.
    2. Vote to re-open the meeting
  3. Certification that only those matters described in Agenda Item 2, were discussed in Executive Session. Consideration of, and action on, the specific limited personnel matters discussed in Executive Session, if necessary.
  4. Adjournment

Copies of this agenda will be available in University Communication and Marketing (Welcome Center in the Cornell Parking Structure) at least 24 hours prior to the special meeting.
