Lobo Development Corp. Board To Meet December 18

The quarterly meeting of the Board of Directors of Lobo Development Corporation will take place on Thursday, December 18, 2008, from 1:30 – 2:45 p.m. in Scholes Hall, Rm. 141 on the UNM main campus.

  1. Call to order
  2. Approval of previous meeting minutes
  3. Update on 501 (3) c Filing Status
  4. Financial Report and Audit Report
  5. RFP for Student Housing Status Report
  6. RFP for Commercial Development Status Report
  7. Status Report on Satellite Coffee Shop
  8. Other Business
  9. Executive Session
    1. Vote to close the meeting and proceed in Executive Session.
    2. Discussion and determination where appropriate of potential purchase, acquisition or disposal of real property, pursuant to section 10-15-1H (8), NMSA 1978
    3. Vote to re-open the meeting,
    4. Certification that only those matters described in Agenda item 13 were discussed in Executive Session and if necessary, ratification of actions, if any, taken in Executive Session.
  10. Adjournment.
