UNM Board of Regents Schedule Special Meeting August 18

The University of New Mexico Board of Regents will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at 10 a.m. in the Regents Conference Room of Scholes Hall on the UNM main campus. 

AGENDA

I. Confirmation of a quorum and adoption of the agenda.

II. Appointment to fill two vacancies on the UNM Medical Group, Inc. Board

III. Vote to close the meeting and proceed in Executive Session.

IV. Discussion and determination where appropriate of limited personnel matters pursuant to Section 10-15-1(2), NMSA (1978), relating to request for appellate review pursuant to Section 12.1 of the HSC’s Professional Review Manual of the Medical Staff Bylaws.

V. Vote to reopen public meeting.

VI. Certification that only those matters described in Agenda Item 4 above were discussed in Executive Session and, if necessary, ratification of actions, if any, taken in Executive Session.

VII. Adjournment

Copies of the agenda will be available in the University Communication and Marketing Department at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
