Media Contacts: Sari Krosinsky, (505) 277-1593, michal@unm.edu May 8, 2009 Video and Photo Opportunities at UNM, Sunday, May 10 University Libraries presents an opening reception for “Yuyanapaq: Para Recordar” in Zimmerman Library, Herzstein Gallery, 3:30-6:30 p.m. The exhibit features 40 well-traveled and sobering photographs taken throughout the 20-year civil conflict between the Peruvian military, the Shining Path and the Tupac Amaru Revolutionary Movement. The Theatre 397 class presents a digital imagery showcase 7-9 p.m. at the Center for the Arts, Rodey Theatre. The Student Union Building hosts Late Night Breakfast, 9-11 p.m. in the SUB ballrooms. Students enjoy free food – including breakfast burritos and chocolate fondue – prizes and entertainment.
