UNM Regents’ Audit Committee Schedules Special Meeting

The University of New Mexico Board of Regents Audit Committee will hold a special meeting on Friday, September 18, 2009 at 8:30 a.m. in the Roberts Room of Scholes Hall on the UNM campus.

In addition to the three Regents who are members of this Committee, other Regents may attend this meeting in a non-voting capacity.  The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:

AGENDA

  1. Confirmation of a quorum and adoption of the agenda: Gene Gallegos, Chair
  2. Approval of Meeting Minutes from June 25, 2009
  3. Recommendation of State Auditor concerning audit described in Faculty Resolution of February 25, 2009
    1. Faculty Comment
    2. Other Public Comment
    3. Committee discussion and action relating to State Auditor Recommendation
  4. Recommendation by the Committee to the Board of Regents regarding conduct of the audit of certain accounts
  5. Adjournment

A copy of the agenda will be available at University Communication and Marketing (Cornell Parking Structure) at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.  The agenda will also be available on the UNM web page at http://www.unm.edu/news/Regents'Agendas.htm no later than 24 hours before the meeting.
