UNM Board of Regents Schedule President’s Annual Performance Evaluation

The University of New Mexico Board of Regents will meet with President David J. Schmidly in Executive Session on Tuesday, May 25, 2010, from 8:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. or when completed, at University House, on the main campus of the University of New Mexico.  The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:

1. Confirmation of a quorum and adoption of the agenda:  Raymond G. Sanchez, President, Board of Regents.
2. Vote to close the meeting and proceed in Executive Session. 
3. Discussion and determination where appropriate of limited personnel matters pursuant to Section 10-15-1(2), NMSA (1978), relating to the annual performance evaluation of President David J. Schmidly. 
4. Vote to re-open public meeting.
5. Certification that only those matters described in Agenda Items 3 above were discussed in Executive Session and, if necessary, ratification of actions, if any, taken in Executive Session.
6. Adjournment.
