April 8, 2003 CIVIL RIGHTS DURING TIME OF WAR The University of New Mexico School of Law student group "The
Federalist Society" will present a panel discussion on "Civil
Rights and Responsibilities in a Time of War" at the law school,
rm. 2401, on Thursday, April 10, at 7 p.m. Moderated by Charles A. Pharris, managing partner, Keleher and McLeod,
P.A., the panel will include David C. Iglesias, U.S. states attorney,
District of New Mexico; Hon. W. Daniel Schneider, federal magistrate
