a closed meeting, Tuesday, May 6, at noon, in the Roberts Room, room
230, Scholes Hall. The committee will discuss and summarize the evaluations received concerning the finalists being considered for President of the University pursuant to Section 10-15-1.H(2) (limited personnel matters; matters of opinion in personnel files). ###
