CONNIE VANCE NAMED PROPERTY MANAGER AT SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY PARK @ UNM

Connie Vance has been named Property Manager at the Science and Technology Park @ UNM, said Kim Murphy, Director of Real Estate for the University of New Mexico.

Vance is responsible for management, leasing, marketing and tenant relations at the Park as well as other UNM real estate assets. She will also assist with new Park development.

Vance's experience includes serving as Commercial Leasing Agent/ Building Administrator for the Altura Office Complex and 19 years experience as a Commercial Real Estate Leasing Agent.

The Science & Technology Park is managed by the UNM Real Estate Office. The Park was established in 1987 and consists of research and development, laboratory, office and mixed-use space with a focus on technology companies. The Science & Technology Park is a master-planned 153-acre business and technology park located adjacent to both Interestate-25 and the UNM Campus comprising more than 360,000 square feet of commercial space.
