December 17, 2003 UNM TO HOST RECRUITMENT WORKSHOP FOR NATIVE AMERICAN COMMUNITY NEON at UNM - Navigating Employment Opportunities Network at the University
of New Mexico - is a community outreach, weekend workshop designed to
cater to the needs of specific populations within the state and to allow
UNM an opportunity to fill its growing need for talented and diverse employees.
The debut NEON workshop at UNM scheduled for Jan. 10 is for New Mexico's
Native American community. The event will be at the UNM HR Service Center,
located on 1730 Lomas Blvd. in Albuquerque, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Participants
will receive assistance with UNM's computerized application system called
eJOBS, help with resume building, an overview on hiring procedures and
