April 15, 2002 LAW STUDENTS HOST SYMPOSIUM ON LEGAL AND ETHICAL ISSUES OF REMOVING CHILDREN FROM LIFE SUPPORT The University of New Mexico Student Health Law Association will host a symposium titled "Withdrawing and Withholding Life Support in Children - Ethical and Legal Issues" Wednesday, April 17 at 11:30 a.m. at the law school, rm. 2401. The featured speaker is Chester Randle, M.D., pediatrician at the UNM Health Sciences Center. Rob Schwartz, UNM professor of law and pediatrics, will give remarks. ###
