ANDERSON SCHOOLS ANNOUNCE UPDATED QUALITY MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
The Management Development Center at UNMs Anderson Schools of Management
is offering an updated Quality Management Certificate Program this spring. The
program, designed for CEOs business executives, mid-level managers and
employees committed to improving their organizations, is a 12-week course that
helps prepare participants for the changes occurring in todays global
marketplace.
The curriculum for the program has been updated and three new instructors have
been added. New modules on Leading for Performance Excellence, Valuing Your
Human Capital and Examining Performance Excellence in Action, have been developed
and will be taught by Maureen Baca, Eric Collins and Sherry Prudhomme.
Whether an organization is small or large, public or private, service or manufacturing,
nonprofit or for profit, this course will provide a valuable framework for quality
excellence and will help identify and assess quality on a wide range of business
indicators. The noncredit certificate program provides the opportunity for personal
and professional development without being formally admitted or enrolled in
the University.
The Quality Management Certificate Program will be held on Tuesdays from 6 to 9 p.m. beginning Feb. 26 and continuing through May 14 at the State Bar of New Mexico located in the Journal Center. Early registration is recommended. For a free brochure or to register call (505) 277-2525.
