The following is a list of events and activities occurring at the University of New Mexico during Nov. 19-24.

Monday, Nov. 19
Presentation: Peruvian Human Rights lawyer, Zarela Trinidad will discuss how “Plan Colombia” is impacting one of its neighboring countries, Peru, where she lives and works, 1 p.m., Latin American and Iberian Institute, 277-6847.

Book Signing: “By the Sword and the Cross,” by Dr. Charles Truxillo, presented by the Chicana/o Studies Program, 6 p.m., Willard Reading Room, Zimmerman Library, 277-6414.

Tuesday, Nov. 20
Executive Speaker Series: “Lean Manufacturing and Value Stream Mapping,” by Rick Farrell from the New Mexico Manufacturing Extension Partnership, 4 p.m., Anderson Schools of Management, room 1064, 277-6264.

Performance: UNM Percussion Ensemble and Marimba Bands I and II directed by Scott Ney, 7:30 p.m., Keller Hall, 277-2131.

Thursday and Friday, Nov. 22 and 23
Holiday: The University is closed in observance of Thanksgiving.

Saturday, Nov. 24 and Thursday - Saturday, Nov. 29 - Dec. 1
Performance: “Into the Woods,” music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, book by James Lapine, directed by Nona Lloyd, 7:30 p.m., Rodey Theatre, 277-2441.
