Monday, Nov. 5

Wednesday, Nov. 7

Research Spotlight: “Reaching for Tribal Survival,” by Joe Suina and Lois Meyer. Pueblo teachers from New Mexico and indigenous teachers from Mexico share their stories, noon - 1:30 p.m., COE Simpson Room, 277-2231.

Thursday, Nov. 8

Friday, Nov. 9
Center for the Southwest Lecture: Maria Montoya, associate professor of History at the University of Michigan will discuss the Josefina Montoya doll being marketed by the American Girl Company and the myth she perpetuates about women, property, and pre-American conquest in New Mexico, 3 p.m., Anthropology room 163, 277-7688.
