Welcome to the Albuquerque Tricentennial Matanza photo tour. The matanza, a traditional Mexican feast, was held to honor beloved New Mexico author Rudolfo Anaya and to raise funds for the new Rudolfo Anaya Scholarship/Fellowship. The scholarship will provide support for a Hispanic student in the UNM master of fine arts in creative writing program.
