Election of New Officers

In an online election from June 13-15, 2005 the following new officers were elected:

President: Xin Wang

Vice President: Dong Li

Treasurer: Felix Jaeckel

Secretary: Alexander Albrecht

The voter turnout was low with 12 votes, 2 of which were invalid due to double voting. The remaining 10 votes, roughly 43% of our membership, thereby meeting the quorum set forth in the bylaws, were unanimous.
